    Hello and welcome to this revolutionay workout for mild incontinence

    When I was first pregnant, I had a number of women give me the same advice on training mypelvic floor muscles. These exercises were the simple squeezing method of your internal vaginal muscles for a number of times every day.

    These exercises I did religiously every day up until the birth.

    As any new Mother will testify, it takes a little while after giving birth to get back into some routine that is about your body, as your time and body are definitely taken over by the new little person in your life, your beautiful baby.

    I continued with my exercises but whilst they did benefit my pelvic floor region, I was still experiencing mild incontinence when laughing too hard or sneezing.

    Almost by accident, after a friend gave me a trampoline for my little girl, I would join
    her in the bouncing fun and as I suspected, bouncing up and down would result
    in LBL, or mild incontinence. I have always enjoyed bouncing on a trampoline
    and decided that since this was an activity that I could do with my toddler, I
    would just deal with the LBL, and use a pad.

    However, after a while of enjoying the relaxation that this form of movement and gentle
    exercise gives, lead me to thinking about the breakdown of movements on the
    trampoline and how they could assist me in my efforts to flatten my stomach. I
    would find just a few moments to myself, and in an effort to get my body back I
    would spend that time bouncing on the trampoline when my daughter was asleep.

    I tried a few variations of the traditional aerobic exercises. I found myself focussing
    on a couple of what I called my favourite lazy exercises – exercises that I
    seemed to come back to as they were comfortable and easy, and I could feel my
    body being given a bit of a workout. I noticed over a couple of weeks that my
    need to use a pad when heading to the trampoline stopped.

    WOW!, that was when it finally hit me, this had worked….
